Owning real estate in San Francisco may seem like the impossible dream. After all, it is one of the most expensive and competitive housing markets in the country. Cece Doricko, however, thrives on turning the impossible into reality.

“I love to make it happen,” says the marketing executive-turned-luxury real estate specialist. “That’s the kind of city San Francisco is. If you want to be in tech, you gotta make it happen. If you want to own real estate, you gotta make it happen.”

This results-oriented attitude is not surprising, coming from a former New Yorker. Cece moves fast and with sophistication, always putting a polish on her communications with clients. City living is her specialty, honed over the last 11 years at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Pacific Heights, the flagship office responsible for more than $1 billion gross sales volume annually. Growing with the No. 1 name in real estate has only enhanced her success. She is an elite member of the exclusive San Francisco Top Agent Network (TAN) and was named among the “Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents” in Northern California this year. Despite having many awards, she doesn’t focus on them.

“I prefer to focus on each client, one at a time. I get the job done because I focus on their goals.”
